Privacy notice

Who we are

Unlocked Search is run by Catalyst Digital Limited, based in New Zealand. Questions about this notice or your information go to hello@unlockedsearch.com.

What we collect

• What you enter in our enquiry forms: your name, business, email, phone, country, the areas you cover, your website, the package you're interested in and anything you tell us about the work you want.
• How you reached the form: the page address, the referring page and any campaign tags in the link (such as UTM or Google Ads click identifiers).
• Basic technical information our hosting provider and any analytics tools record when you visit, such as pages viewed and browser type.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you, check whether your territory is available, arrange a call and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We use campaign and visit information to understand which marketing brings us enquiries. We don't sell your information.

Where it goes

Enquiries are sent from this website to our own lead records, which we use to manage enquiries. The website is hosted by Vercel. To show prices in your currency, the pricing pages look up your approximate country from your IP address using ipapi.co, and remember your choice in your browser.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email hello@unlockedsearch.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
